Help Spread Love and Hope With Rainbow Art Project

UCLA Lab School Upper II students invite everyone in the community to spread messages of hope and positivity as the world responds to the COVID-19 pandemic. The class was inspired by the movement in Italy to display banners with rainbow art and positive words.

“We wanted to import this beautiful idea and spread the message,” students Ayuka and Charlotte said.

The class translated the Italian phrase “Andrà tutto bene!” to the Spanish “¡Todo saldrá bien!” For their English translation, they chose “Everything’s gonna be alright!”, inspired by the Bob Marley song.
